If you're interested in making a donation of a park bench in honor of a loved one or a special person, or if you'd like to contribute to the long-term improvement of our community through our parks, Sand Springs Park Friends is ready to assist you.
As a 501(c)(3) non-profit organization, our mission is to convert your philanthropic support into projects that enhance the overall quality of life within our community. Whether you wish to support initiatives like purchasing new basketball goals, planting shade trees, or placing a memorial park bench to honor someone, we are here to facilitate your charitable efforts.
Some of the notable projects that have been supported by Park Friends include the Case Park rebuild, equipment for the Case Community Center, enhancements to the Sand Springs softball entrance, improvements at the Sand Springs baseball plaza, the installation of the Super Splash bucket at Case Park, the creation of the Civitan Park swing bay, the development of the Ray Brown playground, the Keystone Ancient Forest Visitor Center, Track Chairs, the Butterfly Savanna, wayfinding signs in Case Park, and the addition of multiple benches and trees.
To date, this city-sponsored non-profit group has successfully raised nearly $4 million, all aimed at making Sand Springs an even better place to live. Your contributions can play a part in continuing this mission of community improvement.
