If you are planning a special event, you will need to complete a Special Event Permit Application and submit it to City of Sand Springs, Sand Springs Parks Department, 1050 W. Wekiwa Rd., 74063, Sand Springs, OK.
Special Event Permit Applications must be submitted no less than 45 days prior to your event. A $25 non-refundable application fee will be due along with your application. Please see the Special Event Policy for a full list of requirements and procedures.
