River City Park is the community park for Sand Springs. Here you’ll find a great trail, custom concrete skatepark, horseshoe facilities, picnic areas, grills, and a restroom. This is Sand Springs’ busiest park with little league baseball, soccer, rodeo, and BMX clubs operating here during most of the year.

Special events for the public are held throughout the year including Fourth of July fireworks displays, Easter egg hunts, Mayor's Cup, and more

River City Trail
River City Trail is hard to miss as this recent bicycle / pedestrian trail meanders through the park, connecting to the vast metro Tulsa trails system.

Disc Golf Course
Check out the newest 18-hole disc golf course in the area! Thanks to Michael Treat and the area Tulsa Disc Golf Association, we were able to fit this course inside a very busy River City Park. There are nine baskets, but each has two different T-boxes giving you two very different disc golfing experiences, and some flexibility throughout the year.

Just park at the Case Center, fill up your water jug, and hit the course just southeast of the parking lot on  T-box #1 about 200 feet away. On busy soccer days you'll have to avoid playing holes 3 / 12 and 4 / 13 due to parked cars on the fairway. This is a small price to pay throughout the year to allow everyone to used this high demand shared space.

Rotary Super Splash Pad
Cool off with the family at our newest addition to River City Park! The Rotary Super Splash boasts many interactive water features like sprayers, fountains and one of the largest super splash bucket drops in the state. The Rotary Super Splash is open from the first week of May through September 30th each year. For regular updates on splash pad events, maintenance closes and more, follow the City of Sand Springs on Facebook!
